I'm thinking about you.

I'm thinking about you.
I'm thinking about you like teenage daughters want to incite. Like their mothers want them to gain insight. Like starving people think about food. Like her finger thinks about a ring. Like he thinks about running away from all those responsibilities. I'm thinking abou you like a perfectionist thinks about getting better, like vegas thinks about  a bettor. I'm thinking about you like fries think about potatoes. Like snow thinks about the cold. I'm thinking about you -much. Like all others suck. Like skin thinks about touch and touch thinks about... love. I'm thinking about you ike she always thinks about him, like sometimes you just need a hymn! I'm thinking about you like blind people think about color. Like a flower thinks about the sun who thinks about summer who thinks about winter who misses the exact same freaking sun! Like mothers think about their son. I'm thinking about you like tears think about falling. Like teenagers think about nothing and think nothing is everything without seeing anything other than that one thing. I'm thinking about you like a heart thinks about beating. Like Egypt thinks about freedom. Like cookies think about chocolate chips. I'm thinking about you like water thinks about ditches, like the ugly christmas sweater itches, like players think about... winning the game. I'm thinking about you. Do you even listen? I'm thinking about you like someone who has to pee really badly thinks about a toilet. Like pi thinks about math and math is selfish and thinks it's most important. About you. Like you don't think of me. I'm thinking about you like I should live my life and not waste my time. Like I should stop thinking about you... and be with you.

  1. Very inspiring. The line that I like the most was "Like teenagers think about nothing and think nothing is everything without seeing anything other than that one thing." Thats so true, we do think about nothing but we think we know everything.

  2. I could probably just copy/paste Reagan's comment that that would about sum up my feelings too.

In addition to that, I loved summer and winter thinking about the same sun (fantastic idea), and also I loved what you said about the girl and the boy with their opposing views about getting married. Great stuff.

  3. I really liked this line, "Like teenagers think about nothing and think nothing is everything without seeing anything other than that one thing." It's true! Why do we spend so much of our time worrying about things that don't matter? But then never think about the things that really do?

  4. It has a few rough corners, but honestly I thought you had a lot of great stuff. I like how you address responsibility and thought. I also really like how you closed it with actions rather than thoughts.
